From the book to the big screen, a dream

Initially "You'll Be In My Heart" was written as a speculative screenplay. However when the opportunity  came there was only one financial offer, which was rejected by the author; Iván Obando, since he felt he needed to direct the film

 

Later he decided to transform the script into a book. After a few months the book came out with outstanding reviews from critics and the public. As of 2018 it’s on its 4th edition

Ivan never lost his dream of making this movie. And he finally made it happen between 2018 and 2019.
